All tuning is done aurally by Robert Wagner. Please call 724-593-2350 and leave a message anytime for an appointment. Our staff will contact you and schedule an appointment.

VOICING PER HOUR $110.00

Voicing is the adjustment of the character or type of sound that the piano makes. In order to voice a piano precisely you must have it regulated and in optimal working order.

REGULATION BASIC  IN HOME $450.00

Basic regulation is the adjustment of the mechanical aspects of the instruments to make it work as designed and at its best. Normally done in one day at the house.

This is for on site inspection and is included in any estimate accepted within 30 days.

BASIC REGULATION AND INSPECTION OF VERTICAL PIANOS $200

This is a two-hour process, done in home, which should be done to any piano in year 2 to 3. It is the inspection and regulation of the instrument due to the compression of the felts and settling of the components.

       CLEANING and DETAIL CASE.  VERTICAL PIANO $200.00

This is the cleaning, touchup, and polishing of a vertical piano. This includes cleaning both the interior and exterior of the piano.
 

CLEANING and DETAIL CASE. GRAND PIANO TO 6 FOOT $225.00

This is the cleaning, touchup, and polishing of a grand piano. This includes cleaning the interior and action compartment, soundboard, plate, and exterior of the case.
 

CLEANING and DETAIL CASE. GRAND PIANO OVER 6 FOOT $300.00

This is the cleaning, touchup, and polishing of a large grand piano.
 

BASIC REFINISHING  

All refinishing for verticals and grands includes stripping the old finish off, inspecting the case, staining, sealing and finishing with lacquer. Price does not include bench or moving.

        REPLACEMENT OF THE PINBLOCK AND RESTRINGING

All basic restringing includes removing all old wire and block, removal and rebronzing of the plate, inspecting and refinishing soundboard, installing and resetting of the plate and bearing, install new pinblock, repin and restring with new pins and wire, and 2 tunings. Does not include moving or action repairs.

This includes removal of old hammers, shanks, and flanges. Installation of new flanges, shanks and hammers. Travel and voicing of hammers. Prices are for Renner parts.
